Returns, Replacements & Cancellation Policy

At Smolt, we aim to keep things fair, clear, and practical. Since each order is prepared individually after purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Preference-related concerns such as colour, fit, or style expectations
We strongly recommend reviewing the product details and size information carefully before placing your order. As each product is prepared individually, minor variations in print placement, colour tone, or finish may occur and do not qualify as defects.
Eligible Cases for Replacement
A replacement may be provided only if:
• You received the wrong item
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The print has a clear production defect
• The item arrived damaged
• The product received is materially different from the confirmed order due to a fulfilment or production error
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.
To help us review the issue quickly, please share:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging, if relevant
• A brief description of the issue
Resolution Process
Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected product at no additional cost. If a replacement is not feasible for operational or service-related reasons, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for:
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Personal preference after delivery
Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Return Shipping
At present, we do not offer return pickups. If a return is required as part of an approved resolution, we will share the next steps directly. Please do not ship any item back without prior confirmation from us.
Fair Use
We are an independent brand and aim to resolve genuine issues fairly and responsibly. To protect against misuse, we reserve the right to refuse replacement or resolution in cases involving unverifiable claims, repeated abuse of this policy, or issues not attributable to us.
